Over the past few weeks, airlines, hotels and much of the rest of the travel industry have witnessed demand plummet as Coronavirus concerns escalate. Most countries have now implemented mass travel-bans and mandatory quarantines or social-distancing. Some airlines are taking drastic action to avoid bankruptcy, including cancelling most international flights and laying off employees by the thousands.
